- Administrative Committee
The Administrative Committee consists of seven TLDN members, known as “admins,” who are elected annually by the membership. While TLDN’s management is flat and driven by initiatives, the admins are primarily responsible for overseeing key activities, including:
- Managing communication, outreach, and capacity-building efforts 0
- Organizing Zoom meetings and coordinating voting polls
- Keeping records of members and ongoing initiatives
- Facilitating conflict resolution within the network
- Acting as spokespersons or appointing representatives to promote various initiatives
Admins do not have any power beyond the above tasks. When The Network reaches 100 members, the administrative committee will be elected via an online poll for a term of 6 months.
